Project Brief

This project involves students working with AI to create a logo and mission statement for a future focused brand. The goal is to create a union of human and machine skills, with students leading the creative process. The AI-assisted deliverables include a logo, a mission statement, and a vertical narrative infographic. The project aims to showcase students' use of AI and collaboration. The journey of this project was documented in the form of a vertical narrative infographic that tells the creative story.

Design Strategy

This is a project that takes a step into the power of ai as a tool to develop an identity and generate images. This is a story about how I used Ai to craft a logo, mission statement and brandy identity for a future-focused company. With the help of a free randomising online tool, AI chose the topic of food and the target audience of GenX. From there I researched various products and services that might appeal to this audience within the topic of food. AI was a helpful tool, but not a good story teller. With the help of AI I created a Baobab Brandy brand. The colours are bright and engaging, inspired by the warmth of the spirits and the African sun. The logo is inspired by the Baobab tree itself. The visual identity feels fresh and luxurious.

Conceptualisation

The Idea

From the research and information that AI provided, I chose a product that fit into the needs and desires of the target audience. A luxurious liquor crafted as a collectors item became the solution for this project.
